The reason why the DC motor is damp may be caused by the fact that it is not dry during storage in the warehouse, the environment is humid, or it may be caused by wet spring or other moisture.
Once the DC motor is wet, it will inevitably cause DC motor operation failure, the circuit may be short-circuited due to moisture, and so on. After encountering these problems, Shenzhen Longhui Motor also thought of a good way to solve these problems based on experience, mainly summarized into the following three methods:
1. Excitation coil drying method: Excitation coil drying method is to wind the excitation coil on the stator coil core of the reduction motor, and to input AC power to make the stator generate magnetic flux, and rely on the iron loss to dry the stator of the reduction motor.
2, electric welding machine drying method: AC welding machine drying method before the operation of the damp geared motor windings of the wiring heads in series, the chassis is grounded, so that the three sets of windings can be heated and dried.
3. External heat source heating method: After the dehumidification motor is first disassembled, the high-power incandescent bulb is placed inside the geared motor to be baked or the geared motor is placed in the drying room for drying.
