New surface smooth surface motor for low power requirements
Nord Drive Group offers a wide range of smooth surface motors for industries and applications with high hygiene standards. In order to fully meet the requirements of low-power motors, the drive specialist has now introduced a new size of geared motors.
Nord Drive Group has introduced a smooth surface motor with a size of 71 to further complement the range.
The new smooth surface motor of size 71 has three power levels: 0.12 kW, 0.18 kW and 0.25 kW. Its efficiency level is up to IE3, which saves energy during operation. The motor is also made of an aluminum housing (protection class IP66), so it has corrosion protection. Users can also choose Nord's innovative nsdtupH surface treatment system to provide additional protection. Nord's smooth surface motors are fanless and therefore do not produce bacteria during production.
Thanks to its wide selection of equipment, its modular design offers greater flexibility for a wide range of applications, such as condensate drains (sealing), potted junction boxes, static heating, temperature sensors, temperature monitors or The degree of protection is increased to IP69K. These motors are available in a variety of models and are therefore suitable for Nord's entire range of products, especially for Nord's aluminium smooth surface cabinets (NORDBLOC.1 helical gear reducers, NORDBLOC.1 bevel gear reducers, SMI worm gear motor) is used together.
Nord's smooth surface motors are designed for easy cleaning and have a smooth, even surface transition that makes it easy to wash off cleaning solutions and foams. They are especially suitable for the food and beverage industry due to their flush design.
