It is worth mentioning that the Yaskawa Electric Changzhou plant is more stringent in quality inspection than the Japanese factory. According to the staff, before each robot of Yaskawa Motors leaves the factory, the robot body and the control cabinet will be connected one-to-one. The front is loaded with the load to do the module test. The technical requirement in the Japanese factory is 24 hours. In order to dispel the concerns of Chinese customers, The Changzhou plant in China has higher requirements and the inspection time is 48 hours.
At the same time, the factory also attaches great importance to environmental protection and adheres to the mission of “serving human needs and protecting the global environment”. It is designed to be an energy-saving and environmentally-friendly green factory with water-based paint that does not emit organic solvents and dry ice cleaning.
