What is the principle of the sweeping robot

Generally speaking, the function of the sweeping robot is "sweep + suck", which can only do the cleaning and health work of the ground. The onboard artificial intelligence system can operate itself with the help of navigation and sensors, allowing you to fully free your hands. The disadvantage is that it is easy to be trapped by ground obstacles, and it is best to use the ground without messy toys, flower POTS and other obstacles to its operation.

The working principle is as follows:

1. Through the high-speed rotation of the motor, a vacuum is formed in the main engine, and the resulting high-speed air flow is used to suck the garbage from the suction inlet.

2. The garbage inhaled by the sweeping robot is saved in the bag machine. The air purified by the filter screen is discharged from the sweeping robot while cooling the motor.

The motor is the core part of the sweeping robot, which determines the performance of the whole sweeping robot. The motor used by the sweeping robot rotates 20,000 to 40,000 revolutions per minute, which is more than 10 times that of the ordinary fan motor.

"Suction power" is the international standards Organization (ISO) stipulated that the performance of the sweeping robot is the international standard, so when we usually buy the sweeping robot, we should look at its suction power, rather than the output power.

The sweeping robot also has a special navigation system, which can drive the sweeping robot to cruise. According to the navigation type, it is divided into laser navigation and visual navigation.

This kind of navigation is used to measure the distance and positioning between the fuselage and environmental objects by laser emitter. Laser navigation technology started earlier, not only has fast response, high precision positioning, and relatively stable performance, which is the most mature navigation technology.

However, this kind of navigation also has a big drawback, that is, it cannot detect objects with high reflexive rate such as floor-to-ceiling mirrors and Windows, and the laser cannot receive the scattered light after it is projected on such objects. However, many manufacturers have a glass sensor built into the body, which is a perfect solution to this problem.
