Three-phase asynchronous AC motor structure
An end cover is to be installed at both ends of the base. The end cover functions to support the rotor. At the same time, the middle part of the sealing motor end cover is a bearing mounting hole. After the bearing is installed, the bearing cover is mounted on the rear cover, and a fan cover is arranged at the rear end of the motor.
The rotor is inserted into the middle of the stator and mounted on the end cover through the bearing. The end cover is mounted on the machine base, and the fan cover is installed. A three-phase AC asynchronous motor is formed.
After the upper cover is installed on the base, the rotor, stator and stator windings are sealed in the base, which can be well dust-proofed. The heat generated by the stator and the rotor is dissipated by the housing shell, and the air in the fan agitator on the cage rotor The heat is transferred to the casing as quickly as possible, and the heat sink on the casing increases the heat dissipation area. This is not enough outside the motor end cover, but also the fan cover, the fan cover, and the vent hole at the end. When the fan rotates, the fan blows air from the end of the hood and blows from the gap between the fan cover and the end cover. The heat sink is increased to the heat sink on the base.
