Box type substation trip fault repair
The box-type substation mainly converts the voltage through the transformer, thereby outputting 400v of conventional electric energy for the user to use. 1. The tripping of the box-type substation has two main faults: main transformer switch trip and line switch tripping. The main transformer switch trip is divided into three-side trip fault of main transformer and tripping fault of main transformer low-voltage side. Judging what is the cause of the box-type substation transformer trip mainly relies on various monitoring data analysis.
2. When there is a trip failure in the outdoor box-type substation, the maintenance personnel should rush to the scene at the first time and resume power-on as soon as possible. The service personnel first check to see if there is serious damage to the equipment, and then check the operation of the trip switch and the arc suppression coil. For the spring energy storage switch, check whether the spring energy storage is faulty. For the electromagnetic switch, check the switch power insurance.
3. When the main transformer of the box type transformer has a low voltage trip failure, it mainly checks the line protection and main transformer protection in the substation equipment to find the cause of the accident. When the overcurrent protection caused by the low voltage side of the transformer is the only cause of the fault, the line fault can be eliminated, and then the output terminal is inspected, and then the substation equipment is inspected. When there is line protection at the same time as the low-voltage side over-current protection of the transformer, it can be directly determined as the line fault according to whether the line is broken or not. The maintenance personnel must not only check the line exit position, but also check the entire line to eliminate the line fault. After that, the switch trip fault handling can be performed.
