We are a gear reducer manufacturer. We mainly produce miniature AC geared motors, miniature DC geared motors and three-phase asynchronous geared motors. This time, we will talk about the measurement method of three-phase motor.
When the three-phase motor needs to be repaired, it must be measured whether it is a voltage problem or not. Then, whether the three-phase motor uses a multimeter or a shaker.
Why do you have to use a shaker when the multimeter cannot measure the motor? Because the multimeter uses a power supply with a maximum power of 9V and the motor uses a voltage of 220V or 380V at an AC point, the pulse wave is more than 500 volts, and the supply voltage of the shaker is 500V. The pharmaceutical phase is phase-to-phase at 500V, and the leakage between phase and ground is weak. That is a qualified motor.
The ordinary multimeter intelligently measures the resistance of several thousand ohms, which is used to measure the resistance of gigaohms. You can't detect it when the watch is moving.
1, the multimeter value flashes, not shaken the table is so sure. Therefore, repair the motor first with a multimeter to estimate, first test, three-phase resistance is not balanced to remove the coil with a shake table.
2, the multimeter mainly depends on whether the wire has a broken coil, there is no burning table to measure the phase insulation and ground insulation
Precautions for using a shaker.
The megohmmeter, also known as the shake table. It is a meter used to measure the insulation value of electrical equipment such as lines, cables, motors, etc. Its resistance is in megaohms (MΩ). It consists of two parts: a hand-cranked DC generator and a meter.
It generally has three voltage class classifications of DC500V, DC1000V and DC2500V. Our practitioners engaged in civil and 380v industrial lines generally use the megohmmeter of DC500V specification.
