1. Power part: vacuum cleaner motor and speed governor. Governor break-up control, machine control. Motor: copper wire motor and aluminum wire motor points. 2. Filter system: dust bag, front filter, back filter. According to the filtration materials are different: paper, cloth, SMS, pa (HEPA efficient filtration materials).
3. Functional part: receiving and release mechanism, dust indication, button or sliding switch.
4. Protection measures: dust-free bag protection, too high vacuum protection, anti-interference protection (soft start), overheating protection, anti-static protection.
5. Accessories: handle and hose, receiver, floor brush, flat suction, round brush, bed sheet brush, sofa suction, hook, back strap.
6. Vacuum absorption principle: the fan impeller of the vacuum cleaner exits the air in the impeller from the fan at high speed, and the air in the vacuum suction part is continuously replenished into the fan. This might as well form a higher pressure difference with the outside world. The dust and dirt of the suction mouth are sucked into the suction part with the air, and passes through the leakage device, collecting the dust and dirt with the dust tube.
7. Original vacuum cleaner: Most vacuum cleaners are equipped with an assembled brush head for cleaning the floor and carpet. The cleaner is also equipped with a series of cleaning brushes and vents to clean corners, curtains, sofas and gaps.
8 Thx: All suction vacuum cleaners will be equipped with hard throat tubes to connect the cleaning hose and accessories.
9. Electric brush: the cleaning head of internal vacuum cleaner is a special accessory of hybrid vacuum cleaner.
10. Round brush head: also smaller suction mouth, can do 360-degree rotation, convenient cleaning furniture, fine mesh fabric, etc.
11. Flat suction mouth: also known as the gap suction mouth, is a slender, flat, hard suction mouth. Especially suitable for cleaning wall edges, radiant warm pieces, corners and shallow and narrow places.
12. Dust brush: made of long and soft mane, suitable for cleaning curtains, walls, etc. Working principle: vacuum cleaner working principle is the vacuum cleaner motor high speed rotation, suction air from the suction mouth, create a certain vacuum, dust through the brush, takeover, handle, hose, main straw into the dust filter bag in the dust box, dust is left in the dust filter bag, the filter air through a layer of filter, the filter is a protective barrier to prevent dust into the motor, into the air through the motor carbon brush through the motor wear, so add a filter before the vacuum cleaner. The finer the filter material, the cleaner the air is, but the worse the air permeability, which affects the air volume inhaled by the motor and reduces the efficiency of the vacuum cleaner. But for users, comfort and cleanliness is the main thing. It is less breathable, so it is made wavy to increase the breathable area. Some of this filter material can also be cleaned repeatedly. Any filter material has a "life", that is, the micro-holes of the filter material have been blocked by small particles of dust.
