Rolling force sensor calibration environment requirements

2 Rolling force sensor calibration environment requirements

Generally, when the calibration is required, the laboratory ambient temperature should be: (20 ± 5) ° C, the relative humidity is not more than 80%, in addition, the ambient temperature change during the calibration of the rolling force sensor should not exceed 1 ° C / h. When calibrating, there should be no interference, such as vibration, shock or electromagnetic field, which affect the calibration result of the rolling force sensor. Generally required to use the force scale for calibration

The level of the quasi-machine should not be lower than 0.1. Due to the speciality of the overload of the rolling force sensor, the full-scale force value of the force standard machine should preferably exceed 120% of the designed force value of the rolling force sensor.

3 Rolling force sensor calibration process

(1) Before the calibration, the rolling force sensor should be placed in the standard environment for a certain period of time, usually 8 hours or more, to ensure that the temperature is consistent with the temperature that meets the calibration conditions.

(2) Before calibration, the rolling force sensor is placed on the force standard machine, connected with the excitation power supply, display instrument, etc., and the rolling force sensor is adjusted to the working state, and the power is preheated for more than 30 minutes.

(3) Preload the rolling force sensor, the force value is maintained for more than 30s, and then the force value is unloaded to zero, waiting for more than 30s for the sensor to return to zero, and pre-loading for more than 3 times.

(4) The calibration point of the rolling force sensor generally requires uniform distribution, no less than 5 calibration points, and the commonly used calibration points have 10%, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, 100% of the rated load. .

(5) Loading to full load step by step, and then unloading to the lead load step by step. After reaching the set calibration point of each level, the standard machine force value is kept for a certain period of time. After the force value of the rolling force sensor is stabilized, it is displayed on the display instrument. Read the corresponding data values and record. Usually the standard machine power retention time is 30s, depending on the actual situation. The sensor's return stroke force value is calibrated at least three times.
