Introduction to the grinding machine

Milling machine is a kind of powder making equipment with strong versatility. It has the characteristics of dry continuous powder making, concentrated particle size distribution, continuous adjustable fineness and compact structure. Grinding machine has a wide range of applications. The following is the working principle of grinding machine. The working principle of the mill can be divided into three parts: the working principle of the mill system, the working principle of the main machine and the working principle of the tail gas system.

I. Working principle of the grinding machine system

The bulk materials will be broken through the jaw crusher to a certain size of particle size (powder or fine grain materials will not pass through the jaw crusher), and the materials will be vertically transported to the storage hopper through the dusthopper hoist. Then the material is sent quantitatively, evenly and continuously to the main machine by the electromagnetic vibration feeder for grinding. The ground fine powder is carried out by the air flow from the blower and then graded by an analytical machine placed above the main engine. The fine powder with the fineness meeting the requirements shall enter the large cyclone separator with the air flow and be discharged through the discharge pipe after separation as qualified products. The air flow enters the blower inlet through the return duct at the upper end of the cyclone separator. The whole air supply system is a closed circulation, and is operated under negative pressure.

Ii. Working principle of the main machine of the grinding machine

The main machine drives the central shaft to rotate through the transmission device, and the upper end of the central shaft is connected with a main part -- plum frame. The plum frame is equipped with a grinding roller device to form an active fulcrum, which not only revolves around the central shaft, but also rotates due to friction of the grinding roller itself. A spatula device is installed at the lower end of the plum frame, and its position is just intersected with the grinding roller device. Each spatula throws the material fed into the main machine between the grinding roller and the grinding ring in the process of rotation, forming a cushion layer. Due to the centrifugal force generated by the grinding roller when it rotates, the crushing of the material is generated.

Iii. Working principle of exhaust gas system

The powder particles enter the large cyclone separator for material collection from the tangential direction. Due to the high speed rotation of the air, the centrifugal force is generated in the rotation, and most of the powder particles are thrown to the wall of the device, losing speed and falling down along the wall to separate from the gas. The rotating air flow is close to the center with the contraction of the cone. When the air flow reaches the bottom of the cone, it begins to rotate and rise, forming a spiral movement from the bottom up. It is discharged from the upper part of the big cyclone separator, and then inhaled into the fan by the return pipe, and then passes the gas into the main engine return air box by the fan outlet, so as to form a circulation system. So the whole pipe device plays a role of conveying powder.
