How the hair dryer works
The blower directly relies on the motor to drive the rotor to drive the wind blade to rotate. When the blades rotate, air is sucked in through the intake, and the resulting centrifugal air is blown out by the front mouth of the duct. When the air passes through, if the heating wire installed on the heating bracket in the air nozzle has been energized and heated, the hot air is blown out; If the selection switch does not make the heating wire energized heating, it blows out cold air. The purpose of the hair dryer is to dry and shape.
Two, the structure of the hair dryer and its function:
The structure and function of hair dryer
1. Shell. It is to protect the internal parts, but also the external decorative pieces.
2. Motor and wind blades. The motor is mounted in the housing, and the wind vane is mounted on the shaft end of the motor. When the motor rotates, it draws air through the air intake and blows air out through the air outlet.
3. Electric heating element. The electric heating element of the hair dryer is wound with electric heating wire and installed at the air outlet of the hair dryer. The air discharged from the motor is heated by the electric heating wire at the air outlet and is sent out as hot air. Some hair dryers are equipped with a thermostat near the electric heating element. When the temperature exceeds the predetermined temperature, the circuit is cut off, which plays a protective role.
4. Wind baffle. Some hairdryers have a circular windscreen at the inlet to adjust the inlet air volume.
5. Switch. The switch of the hair dryer is generally used to indicate "stop" in white, "hot air" in red, and "cold air" in blue.
