How an egg beater works

The working principle of the egg beater is that the motor drives the gear to operate, and the mechanical drives the sponge pad to move up and down and the rubber tube to turn, generating friction so as to tear the shell of the quail egg from the surface to achieve the effect of removing the shell.

Working principle of electric egg beater:

When the electric egg beater is operated, the mixer rotates at high speed and is forced to beat. The materials are fully contacted and violently rubbed to realize mixing, emulsifying, aerating and removing part of the moisture.

Because the viscosity of the mixing material is lower than that of the mixing machine, the speed of the egg beater is higher than that of the mixing machine, generally in the range of 70 ~ 270r/min, which is called the high-speed mixing machine.

Principle of gear drive

Gear transmission is widely used in a variety of machines and mechanical equipment, but for deceleration, growth, speed change and other special purposes, often can not only rely on a pair of gears to complete, often need to use a series of meshing gear composed of the transmission system - gear train. The electric egg beater can accomplish the function of changing speed through the gear changing mechanism, which is mainly composed of two bevel gears, two helical gears and three pairs of spur gears.

(1) Bevel gear transmission

Straight bevel gear pair, used to transfer the movement and power between two intersecting shafts, suitable for low speed and light load transmission. Most importantly, it can be used to drive two vertical shafts, whereas cylindrical gears can only be used for parallel shafts.

(2) taper cylindrical gear reducer

Bevel cylindrical gear reducer is the application of bevel gear in the changing mechanism, through the changing mechanism to achieve changing speed, deceleration and change direction. Bevel gears can change the direction of torque, that is, can change the lateral motion to vertical motion.

(3) helical gear transmission

Helical gear pair, consisting of two helical gear. The advantages of this kind of transmission pair are large coincidence degree, smooth transmission, suitable for high speed. The disadvantage is that the axial force is produced in the transmission, and it is generally not suitable to do the slip speed change gear.
