Find out which products or structures a component is borrowed from.
Replacement: This product must have components that do not change in general, such as the engine of a car. There are a variety of options available.
Optional: This product does not have to have components, there can be multiple optional specifications.
I personally think that it can be divided into:
Must-have items: must have, the structure is unchanged
Required items: must have, default one
Optional: not necessarily have, default one
Optional: Not necessarily, not selected by default
Customized parts: design a new structure for this product
Required parts, required parts, optional parts, optional parts, and custom parts can be regarded as a kind of loading structure management attribute of various parts and components that constitute the structure of the enterprise product. The computer should be able to automate the configuration management of the product structure defined by this according to certain rules.
Self-made parts: Parts of the company's products and their components that are processed by the company itself.
Purchased parts: Products or parts of other companies that are purchased from the company's products and its components. Standard parts are generally treated as a special purchased part.
Outsourcing: The products and parts of other enterprises or branches are purchased from the company's products and its components, but the company is responsible for the drawings and process design.
Accessories: Special tools and instrumentation necessary for the user to adjust or use the product, or components necessary for the product to perform multiple functions, but not at the same time.
Attachment information often has a packing sheet with some packing details. It is also very unscientific to solve the packing list summary. From how to build the product structure tree of the packing list to how to expand the BOM, because the drawing should theoretically be associated with the product, but the product BOM expansion object is the product assembly drawing, how to summarize in the end? Because the packing details cannot be distinguished from ordinary parts even if they are expanded.
Consumables: Parts that are easily damaged during normal use and must be replaced during the specified period.
Spare parts: To ensure the use and maintenance of the products, the user is provided with spare parts and other parts.
Summary information that is important to the maintenance department, but should be differentiated by the designer before entering the identification information. Therefore, the relative maintenance operation is difficult, and the summary is not difficult.
Safety parts: Parts that have a significant impact on the safety performance of the product, such as brake pads.
Important parts: Parts that have a critical impact on product quality, cost, or processing costs.
Key parts: Generally, after a relatively complicated process, parts that need special attention during the production preparation process are generally obtained by screening the parts marked with “critical process” after designing the process.
The important parts and key parts are generally related to the difficulty and importance of the processing. The computer needs to give a certain difference in the process card filling.
Welded parts (joints): Parts consisting of several simple parts welded or otherwise (riveted). However, most of the parts may not be drawn separately, and the drawings are shared with the parts. If the part drawings cannot fully express the part structure, the relevant drawings are produced. It is likely that no subordinate part number is provided.
Left and right parts: The terminology of the textile machinery industry refers to two parts that are different in operation, but are mirror-symmetrical and share the drawings.
Series: A set of parts that form a series that shares drawings. It is often possible to create a size drive table and a specific specification code. The title bar only fills in the first half of the name and code.
The above welding parts, left and right parts, series of parts and some similar structures have the biggest problem. The first is how to deal with the BOM expansion? Especially for the series, it is very unreasonable to require the user to draw each component separately. The second time is essentially a drawing associated with multiple structures, especially the process, which may be a typical process associated with multiple structures. What should be done when summarizing?
If the common process route may be included in the actual design process, the process card design still needs to call a typical process redesign and so on. Quite complex, open-minded management of these structures is ambiguous on many projects.
Process components (middleware): Structures that need to be temporarily installed together during the assembly process generally break the corresponding assembly relationship of the product structure.
The essence is the construction of PBOM, how to deal with it from the existing ideas is no answer. The answer lies in the study of the development and summary design of the assembly process card preparation rules.
If the problem of PBOM is summarized by the assembly process procedures, the so-called PBOM is very simple. The problem is that it is most cost-effective to solve the problem on the CAPP, rather than on the PDM.
