Also, when summarizing the Product List, be sure to indicate the source of the borrowed product. Because the company generally does not produce drawings for borrowed parts, if the design department is responsible for providing drawings, it should use the product information borrowed from the Product List to find the corresponding borrowed product drawings (usually bound into a complete book or a cabinet), and then Need (mainly depending on whether the workshop has corresponding drawings) to decide to print the map, if it is the workshop leader map, it is necessary to find the file department according to the "Product List".
4. In the case of manual management, it is necessary to find the original borrowing relationship for the borrowed parts, and then manually fill in the detailed list, which is very easy to make mistakes. It is often unclear which one is borrowed from the original borrowed product. If the computer can automatically fill in the remarks column to "borrow a product code" according to the product of the special part corresponding to the borrowed item, this can greatly reduce errors and duplication of work.
5, in addition to make an important judgment is that when there are multiple parts of the same code in the system, first of all, it must be guaranteed that there can only be a unique special piece. Whether a common part corresponds to a special part may need to be explored.
6. If the borrowed parts are borrowed more than a certain number of times in different product series, they can be automatically converted into common parts. Some enterprises have this management requirement.
7. General parts and standard parts can be managed in the basic parts library in 3.X. It is not clear how the above problems are handled in 4.0.
8. Need to be able to find out which products or structures a component is borrowed from. At present, the final result interface design of all query operations is very bad.
