Enterprise Standard for Permanent Magnet Brushless DC Motors---Inspection Rules
7.1 Inspection purposes
Each motor must pass the factory inspection before it can be shipped, and is accompanied by a product inspection certificate.
7.2 Inspection items
The motor inspection items are as specified in Table 4.
7.2 Inspection quantity
7.2.1 Factory inspection
In the factory inspection project, the number of sampling inspections in the sampling inspection project is not less than 2% (but not less than 5) of each batch of products. Non-sampling items are all tested at the factory.
If there are any unqualified items, double the sampling until all items are qualified.
7.2.2 Type test
The number of motors tested in the type is not less than one. For motors with different specifications of the center height, the sampling items can be tested in one of the specifications.
7.3 Type test requirements
Type testing is required in any of the following situations.
a) trial production of new products;
b) Shaped products, when design, process or material changes are sufficient to cause some performance and parameters to change,
The relevant project or all projects of the type test;
c) When the test result is unacceptable deviation from the type test result performed before.
7.4 type test judgment rules
Samples of type inspection are randomly selected from the factory-qualified products. Unqualified items appear in the inspection results, and the samples are doubled to re-examine the unqualified items. If the re-inspection item is still unqualified, it is judged as unqualified.
