Mechanical size and installation inspection of permanent magnet brushless DC motor
The mechanical size and installation inspection of the motor shall be tested according to the relevant testing methods in GB/T4772-1999, and the test results shall comply with the provisions of 5.3.
6.3 Visual inspection
Visual inspection of the motor shall comply with the requirements of 5.4.
6.4 no-load test
The motor runs at no load under rated voltage. The motor speed is measured by non-contact method. At the same time, the motor is checked for abnormal noise. The inspection speed should meet the requirements of 5.2.
6.5 motor steering check
Visual inspection of the direction of rotation of the motor shall comply with the requirements of 5.5.
6.6 overspeed test
The motor runs at no load, and gradually increases the voltage to 1.2 times the rated voltage and then runs for 2 minutes, which should meet the requirements of 5.6. In the type test, the overspeed test shall be carried out in the hot state.
6.7 rated data check
Check the speed, current and efficiency of the motor at rated voltage and rated torque, which should meet the requirements of 5.2. In the type test, the rated data inspection shall be carried out in the hot state after the temperature rise test; in the cold state in the factory inspection.
6.8 temperature rise test
The temperature rise test is determined by the electric resistance method specified in 8.5 of GB755-2008, and the test results should meet the requirements of 5.7.
6.9 Overcurrent test
The overcurrent test shall be carried out after the temperature rise test. The motor shall increase the load torque by the method of increasing the load torque so that the load current reaches 1.6 times the rated current value for 1 min. The test result should meet the requirements of 5.8.
6.10 Insulation resistance measurement
Measurements using a 500V megohmmeter shall be in accordance with the requirements of 5.9.
6.11 Electrical test
Test according to the relevant test method in 9.2 of GB755-2008, the test results should meet the requirements of 5.10.
6.12 back EMF coefficient detection
Any steering and anti-drag is detected to a certain speed n (n = 1/4 ~ 1/2 rated speed nN), use an oscilloscope to detect a certain potential waveform of the motor (Figure 3), record VPP, TP, according to 2 Calculate the back EMF coefficient Ke (av), the test results should meet the requirements of 5.11.
6.13 Salt spray test
Test according to the relevant test methods in GB755-2008, the test results should meet the requirements of 5.12.
6.14 Damp heat test
The test was carried out according to the provisions of the alternating wet heat test method in GB/T12665-2008, and the test was 12 cycles. Immediately after the test, measure the insulation resistance of the motor in the box and press the voltage test according to 6.10. The results should meet the requirements of 5.10 and 5.13.
6.15 Low temperature test
Put the motor in the low temperature box, gradually reduce the temperature inside the box to -25 °C ± 2 °C, the motor is not energized for 3h, then the motor in the box passes 0.5 times the rated voltage, the motor should meet the requirements of 5.14.
6.16 Vibration test
The motor is mounted on the vibration test board (the drive can be used without vibration test), and then fixed on the vibration table, and vibrated for 1 hour, wherein the horizontal direction is 30 min, the vertical direction is 30 min, the test vibration frequency is 10 Hz, and the double amplitude is 1.5 mm. After the vibration test, the motor should meet the requirements of 5.15.
6.17 Electromagnetic Compatibility Test
The measurement method of motor radio interference is carried out according to the relevant provisions of GB/T4343.1-2003, and the measurement results are in accordance with the requirements of 5.16.
6.18 Noise measurement
The noise is measured according to the provisions of GB10069.1-2006. During the test, the motor is operated at the rated speed and rated load at the rated voltage. The measurement results should meet the requirements of 5.17.
