Marking, instructions, packaging, transportation and storage of permanent magnet brushless DC motors
8.1 mark
8.1.1 Motor nameplate
Each motor shall have a nameplate and securely fix the nameplate to the obvious position of the fuselage; ensure that the data on the nameplate material and nameplate are not easily obscured throughout the life of the motor.
The product nameplate should include:
a) the name of the manufacturer;
b) model number, number and name;
c) Main parameters: rated power, rated voltage, rated speed, number of phases, working system, cooling method, insulation level, protection level, etc.
8.1.2 Outlet sign and grounding mark
The outlet end of the armature winding shall have a corresponding mark or color distinction, and the mark shall comply with the provisions of Table 5. The grounding sign is clear.
8.1.3 packaging mark
The text and logo on the outer wall of the box should be clear and tidy, as follows:
a) product model, name, and factory serial number;
b) the net weight of the product and the gross weight of the package;
c) the name and address of the receiving unit;
d) the name and address of the manufacturer;
e) the position mark "↑" and the word "up" written on the top of the arrow;
f) the dimensions of the package;
g) Date of packaging.
8.2 Product Instruction Manual
The product instruction manual shall comply with the requirements of GB9969.1-2008.
8.3 packaging
Product packaging must comply with the relevant packaging and transportation requirements, to ensure that the product is not subject to mechanical damage during transportation and storage, and has the ability to prevent rain and dust.
The following documents should be attached to the box:
a) product certification;
b) product instruction manual (at least one batch of electric motors of the same model of the same user);
c) Packing list.
8.4 Transportation
When the motor is transported, it should be handled lightly and carefully to prevent heavy pressure. It must be protected from scratches, rain, chemical corrosive drugs and harmful gases.
8.5 storage
The motor should be placed in a clean and well ventilated warehouse with an ambient air temperature of -25 ° C to 55 ° C and a relative humidity of not more than 90%. The air must not contain corrosive gases.
