4, when pulling out the rotor, must take care not to touch the stator coil, rotor weight is not large, you can use hand; If the weight is large, it should be lifted out with lifting equipment. The rotor shaft is first mounted at both ends of the rotor shaft to lift the rotor with a lifting device for reusing the wire rope.
5, when removing the motor with a brush, the brush should be removed from the brush grip, DC motor, and the position of the neutral line of the brush should be marked.
