The China series dc motor suppliers tells you the cooling mode of the DC motor.
The use of DC Motors is very extensive, but after using it for a period of time, it will heat up. If there is a fever, what kind of cooling mode should we adopt?
(1) Cooling: According to the working principle of the DC motor, when the DC motor performs energy conversion, a small part of the loss of DC motor is always converted into heat. It must continuously emit heat through the motor housing and surrounding media. This process of heat emission. We call it cooling.
(2) Remote medium: A medium away from a DC motor that intakes heat from the motor through an inlet, an outlet pipe, or a channel, and discharges the cooling medium to a distant place.
(3) Primary cooling medium: a gaseous or liquid medium whose temperature is lower than that of a component of a DC motor, which is in contact with that component of the motor and takes away the heat released from it.
(4) Surrounding cooling medium: Gas or liquid medium in the environment around the DC motor.
(5) Final cooling medium: Heat is transferred to the final cooling medium.
(6) Secondary cooling medium: Gas or liquid medium whose temperature is lower than the primary cooling medium. Heat released from the primary cooling medium is removed through the outer surface or cooler of the DC motor.
(7) Cooling medium: Gas or liquid medium that transmits heat.
(8) Cooler: A device that transfers heat from one cooling medium to another and keeps the two cooling media separate.
