How Rolling Door Motors Work?

The rolling door motor realizes door lifting and lowering through electric drive + mechanical transmission + intelligent control. The specific process is as follows:

Power source

AC motor: 220V power supply, simple structure, driven by rotating magnetic field to drive the gearbox.

DC brushless motor: electronic commutation control, precise speed regulation, energy saving and high efficiency.

Reduction transmission

The gearbox (worm gear/planetary gear) reduces the motor speed from 3000rpm to about 15rpm, and the torque is amplified dozens of times.

The worm gear structure has its own power-off self-locking to prevent the door from accidentally sliding down.

Intelligent control

Remote control/mobile phone signal trigger circuit, H bridge drives the motor forward and reverse;

The encoder monitors the speed in real time, and the power-off protection is 0.1 seconds when overloaded;

Infrared anti-pinch + pressure sensing edge strip, automatic rebound when encountering resistance.

Safety guarantee

Dual limit switch accurately controls the lifting end point;

Emergency clutch device supports manual operation;

Backup power interface responds to sudden power failures.

Features: low noise and smooth start and stop, anti-pinch and anti-fall, suitable for door heights of 3-12 meters, and a lifespan of approximately 50,000-100,000 cycles.
