Recently, our CEO Mr. Leo went to Turkey for a 7-day customer visit and technical exchange. He met with a number of industry-leading home appliance companies, conducted in-depth discussions on high-efficiency motor technology upgrades, customized needs and future cooperation, and successfully brought back product test samples provided by customers, laying an important foundation for subsequent cooperation.
During his stay in Turkey, the CEO and his team focused on visiting well-known local manufacturers. The two sides communicated on the needs raised by the customer, and reached an agreement on sample testing and parameter optimization. The customer delivered a motor currently used in the production line on the spot as a reference sample for subsequent customized adaptation and research and development.
While visiting another customer's automated production line, the CEO noticed the customer's urgent need for "low-noise energy-saving motors". By observing the operating status of the equipment on site, the team and the customer's technical department held a seminar overnight and proposed improvement plans. In order to accelerate the implementation of the plan, the customer took the initiative to provide a motor with a housing as a test sample.
The customer samples brought back this time have been urgently sent to our R&D department. The technical team said that these samples will be used in three key links:
Precise matching parameters: analyzing the localized standards of voltage, load, etc. of Turkish customer equipment;
Simulation scenario testing: reproducing typical working conditions such as high temperature and high humidity in the laboratory;
Rapid iteration of prototypes: plans to complete the delivery of the first adapted prototype within [time period].
The CEO emphasized: "Customers actively providing samples is a trust in our technical capabilities. We will shorten the R&D cycle and promote the implementation of pilot orders through this batch of 'actual combat samples'."
