The stator and rotor have been produced and now they need to be assembled. I will describe the assembly process below.
1. Washer installtion
Install washer on the rotor part. The function of the washer is to fill the gap formed by the cumulative error of parts processing or assembly to prevent loosening.

2. Bracket installtion
Install the front and rear brackets on the motor. The brackets can fix the motor, align the core shaft, and reduce vibration.

3. Carbon brush intalltion
The carbon brushes are installed on the rear bracket of the motor. The function of the carbon brushes is to transfer the current of the external static power supply to the rotating rotor winding, or to export the rotor current to the external circuit, and to switch the direction of the winding current on the commutator surface to maintain a constant direction.
