1, reduce bearing failure
The motor bearing faults are: the relative movement between the inner sleeve and the sleeve and the end cover; the inter-diameter and the axial interval exceed the allowable value; the ball (column) is severely worn, partially damaged, detached, or even broken; the bearing frame activity and the like are found. One must be carefully repaired until a new qualified bearing is replaced.
2, replace the lubricant (fat)
When cleaning, remove all the lubricating oil (fat) of the bearing. Wash with gasoline (or cleaning agent) and dry with a clean white cloth. Replace the corresponding lubricating oil (fat) according to the rotation speed and use of the motor.
3, replace the damaged fan blade
The blade is the part of the motor that has cooled itself and is found to be damaged. It is necessary to replace the fan blade of the same specification and the same type; the self-made wind blade should pay special attention to the torsion angle of the blade and can not turn the fan blade into an electric fan, which will increase the running load of the motor.
4, to ensure the quality of assembly
When assembling the motor, pay special attention to check the concentricity of the rotor stator. After the rotation, the rotor should be rotated freely: the difference between the gap between the stator and the rotor at the four points of the upper, lower, left and right points should not be greater than the average. 5% of the value.
