The electric motors used in household appliances are: electric fans; washing machines; range hoods, etc.
1. Electric fan
The fan is mainly composed of fan head, blade, net cover and control device. The fan head includes motor, front and rear end cover, shaking head air supply mechanism, etc. The main components of the electric fan are: AC motor. Its working principle is: the electrified coil rotates under the force in the magnetic field. Electric energy is converted into mechanical energy, and at the same time, because of coil resistance, it is inevitable that part of electric energy will be converted into heat energy.
2. Washing machine
Washing machine is a kind of cleaning appliance which uses electrical energy to produce mechanical effect to wash clothes. According to its rated washing capacity, it can be divided into two categories: household and collective.
3. Range hood
The range hood is installed on the upper part of the stove, the power supply of the range hood is connected, the motor is driven, the wind wheel rotates at a high speed, the negative pressure area is formed in a certain space above the stove, the indoor oil fume gas is sucked into the inside of the range hood, the oil fume gas is filtered through the oil screen, the first oil fume separation is carried out, and then enters the inside of the air passage of the range hood.
The second oil fume separation is carried out through the rotation of impeller. The oil fume in the air cabinet is affected by centrifugal force. The oil mist condenses into oil drops, which are collected to the oil cup through the oil way, and the purified gas is finally discharged along the fixed path.
