1, stator iron center
Function: A part of the motor's magnetic circuit on which a stator winding is placed.
Construction: The stator core is generally made of Silicon steel sheets with an insulating layer on a thick surface of 0.35 to 0.5 mm. The inner circle of the core has a evenly distributed slot for embedding the stator winding.
The stator iron slot type has the following types:
Semi-closed slot: The efficiency and power factor of the motor are higher, but the winding and insulation are more difficult. It is generally used in small low-voltage Motors.
Semi-open slot: It can be inserted and formed into a winding, and is generally used for large and medium-sized low-voltage Motors. The so-called forming winding, that is, winding, can be previously insulated and then put into the slot.
Open slot: used to insert molding winding, insulated Fangfafangbian, mainly used in high voltage Motors.
2, the role of the seat: fixed stator iron center and front and rear end cover to support the rotor, and play a protective, heat dissipation and other functions.
Construction: The seat is usually cast iron, the large asynchronous motor seat is generally welded with steel plates, and the seat of the miniature motor is cast aluminum. The seat of the closed motor has a heat dissipation bar outside to increase the heat dissipation area. There are ventilation holes at both ends of the seat of the protective motor, so that the air inside and outside the motor can be directly convection to facilitate heat dissipation.
