Why does the flow and head in the submersible pump run down? What is the reason? How to deal with it?
In the operation of the submersible electric pump, the flow rate and head drop are related to the excessive flow of the submersible pump, the insufficient depth of sneak, and the obstruction of the submersible pump impeller or the pump body flow passage.
(1) The pump impeller or the pump body flow path is blocked by debris. The pump impeller or the pump body flow channel is blocked, and the flow and head of the submersible electric pump for the well are reduced. The treatment method is to disassemble the water pump, remove the debris in the impeller or the pump body flow path, make the impeller rotate smoothly and lightly, and the pump body flow path is unblocked to repair the water pump.
(2) Pump reversal The treatment method is to switch the power line or motor wiring to any two phases.
(3) Submersible motor and submersible pump have insufficient depth of infiltration. The treatment method is to lengthen the water outlet pipe and increase the depth of penetration of the motor and water pump.
(4) The small amount of water in the well The small amount of water in the well can not keep up with the water output of the submersible pump, causing the water level in the well to continuously decrease, the head of the submersible pump is continuously rising, and the flow rate is gradually decreasing. The treatment method is to properly adjust the valve, reduce the flow of the submersible pump, adapt it to the water inflow of the well, or exchange the submersible electric pump for the well with a small flow rate.
