What is a position signal motor
The signal motor mainly includes two types: position signal motor and speed signal motor. Rotary transformer, inductive synchronizer and self-aligning machine are all position signal motors. The tachogenerator is the main speed signal motor.

Rotary transformer
A resolver is an AC-controlled motor that operates on a variable coupling principle. Its secondary (secondary) output voltage is a function of the rotor angle. In essence, it is a transformer that can change the coupling degree of the primary winding and the secondary winding at will. The structure is the same as that of the wound-type asynchronous motor. The stator and the rotor each have two sets of mutually perpendicular distributed windings, and the rotor windings are connected to the external circuit by using a slip ring and a brush. After the primary winding is excited, the output voltage of the secondary winding and the rotor's rotation angle are sinusoidal, cosine, linear or other functional relationship, which can be used for coordinate transformation and trigonometric calculation in the computing device, and can also be used as angle data transmission in the control system. Used with phase shifters.
2. Inductive synchronizer
The inductive synchronizer is a high-precision position or angle detecting element, both disc and linear. A disc-type inductive synchronizer is used to measure the angular position; a linear inductive synchronizer is used to measure the linear displacement.
3. Self-aligning machine
The self-aligning machine is an AC control motor for transmitting, receiving and converting angular displacement information. It is a self-aligning machine transmitter, a self-aligning angle receiver, a self-aligning differential transmitter, a self-aligning differential receiver and The general term for a self-aligning control transformer. Such turbine reducers are widely used in servo systems as a means of angular transmission, transformation and indication. In the control system, two or more units are often used in combination, so that two or more shafts that are not mechanically connected to each other can automatically maintain the same angular change or synchronous rotation.
