DC brushless motor sinusoidal drive technology is the case
The popularity of DC brushless motors is not only the actual use of the actual DC brushless motor body, but also the application of the technology related to DC brushless motors, such as DC brushless motors. Sinusoidal drive technology. So, what is the sinusoidal drive technology of DC brushless motors? What is the role? We are not going to deepen our knowledge of this aspect.
The sinusoidal driving technology of the brushless DC motor is to generate a sinusoidal current in the winding of the brushless motor by applying a certain voltage to the winding of the brushless motor, and to control the torque of the motor by controlling the amplitude and phase of the sinusoidal current. Compared with the traditional square wave control, the phase current of the DC brushless motor is sinusoidal and continuously changes, and there is no sudden change of the commutation current, so the motor running noise is low.
According to the complexity of control, the sinusoidal driving technology of DC brushless motor can be divided into: simple sine wave control and complex sine wave control.
Simple sine wave control achieves the purpose of controlling the motor current by controlling the amplitude and phase of the sinusoidal phase voltage of the motor. A sinusoidal phase voltage is typically generated across the winding by applying a certain form of voltage to the motor end line. Common generation methods are: sinusoidal PWM and space vector PWM. Since the sinusoidal PWM principle is simple and easy to implement, it is usually used as a PWM generation method in simple sine wave control. Figure 1 is a BLDC control structure diagram, in which Ux, Uy, and Uz are bridge arm voltages, and Ua, Ub, and Uc are the phase voltages of the motor windings. The following description of different types of PWM modulation methods will be based on this structure diagram.
