1. Sand casting. The mold of this method is made of molding sand or core sand as a molding material. This method is low in production cost and adaptable, so it is the most widely used and most basic DC brushless motor casting method.
2. Special casting. That is, all casting methods except sand casting. These methods are largely different in some respects from sand casting and thus have many advantages.
Commonly used special casting methods include metal casting, investment casting, pressure casting, low pressure casting, centrifugal casting. According to the function and performance of the DC brushless motor, sand casting in casting molding is usually selected for casting.
