1. 2. The material of the collector ring is selected according to the conductive property, the sliding contact with the brush, the wear resistance and the stable sliding contact characteristics, and the strength of the 24V DC motor. The slip ring can be made of brass, bronze or mild steel. Made of medium carbon steel, the slip ring of 24V DC motor is made of high-strength alloy steel (such as 35SMin).
For corrosive places, stainless steel slip rings can be used, but the sliding characteristics of stainless steel are unstable. If the combination with 24V DC motor is not suitable, the equipment will be beating, which may cause the equipment to rise too high or abnormal wear. Try not to use this material.
