The working principle and structure of hair dryer

First, the working principle of hair dryer:

The hair dryer directly relies on the motor to drive the rotor and drive the blades to rotate. When the blade rotates, the air is inhaled from the air inlet, and the resulting centrifugal air is blown out by the front mouth of the air duct. When the air passes through, if the heating wire installed on the heating bracket in the air nozzle has been energized and become hot, then blowing out the hot air; If the selector switch does not make the heating wire energized and hot, then blowing out is cold air. Hair dryer is to achieve the purpose of drying and shaping.

Two, the structure and function of hair dryer:

1. Shell. It is to protect the internal parts, but also external decorative parts.

2. Motor and blade. The motor is mounted in the housing, and the blade is mounted on the shaft end of the motor. When the motor rotates, air is sucked in by the air inlet and blown out by the air outlet.

3. Electric heating element. The electric heating element of the hair dryer is wound with electric heating wire and installed at the outlet of the hair dryer. The air discharged by the motor is heated by the electric heating wire in the outlet and sent out into hot air. Some hair dryers are equipped with a thermostat near the electric heating element. When the temperature exceeds the predetermined temperature, the circuit is cut off to play a protective role.

4. Wind shield. Some hair dryers have a circular windscreen at the air inlet, which is used to adjust the air intake.

5. Switch. The hair dryer switch is generally used in white to indicate "stop", red to indicate "hot air" and blue to indicate "cold air".
