The waste heat generating unit with the largest installed capacity in Ningxia successfully connected to the grid
Asian Fluid Network September 22, Ningxia's largest installed capacity of waste heat generators Jinhai Yonghetai 2 25 MW units successfully connected to the grid. This is another "heavy punch" initiated by high-energy-consuming enterprises in accelerating structural adjustment, transforming development methods, and promoting energy-saving and emission reduction.
The project promotes the overall improvement of social, economic and environmental benefits of the enterprise, responds to the national energy conservation and emission reduction policy, consolidates and develops the circular economy industrial chain, and expects to generate 350 million kWh of annual power generation after grid connection, saving standard coal consumption. About 150,000 tons, carbon dioxide emission reduction of about 240,000 tons, direct economic benefits of more than 100 million.
Ningxia Jinhai Yonghetai comprehensively utilized the semi-coke (blue carbon) tail gas power generation project. In June 2009, it started construction of two 25 MW semi-coke (blue carbon) tail gas power generation resources comprehensive utilization units. Among them: one is a condensing steam turbine generator set and one is a pure condensing steam turbine generator set. Two 130t/h high-temperature and high-pressure gas boilers were selected, and the generator outlet voltage was 6.3 kV, which was boosted to 110 kV by transformer and connected to the grid network of Shizuishan Power Grid.
