At 23:00 on September 18, the generator stator hoisting of Unit 1 officially began. As the commander's whistle sounded, two 200-ton hydraulic lifting devices were operated at the same time, and the generator stator slowly rose from the zero-meter door in the steam engine room. At 24 o'clock on the 19th, the stator stopped moving beyond the 9-meter layer of the turbine platform, and the operation started from the steam engine room. The generator stator moved horizontally along the central axis of the turbine island to the base of the stator until it was above the foundation, and then slowly descended and seated. The safety of the entire lifting process is always in a well-controlled state.
The generator stator is the heaviest single piece of equipment in the field, and the stator installation is an important part of the generator body installation. It lays a solid foundation for the next step of turbine cylinder installation and rotor dressing.
