The generator stator of the Iskandun thermal power plant in Turkey is hoisted
Recently, the generator stator of the Atlas 2×600MW Iskenderun Thermal Power Plant of Turkey was built by Hubei Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd. The successful completion of the task of the node marks the official start of the installation of the generator body, laying a solid foundation for the construction of the next stage of Unit 1.
In order to ensure the smooth completion of the generator stator hoisting work, the project department formulated a detailed stator unloading and hoisting plan from mid-August, and established the stator hoisting command group through the review of the headquarters and project department of China Power Investment Engineering Co., before hoisting. The hoisting personnel carried out detailed safety technology. From the 800-ton crawler hoisting condition, the crane walking and the station channel cleaning to the stator hoisting, the project department and the various units worked together to complete the hoisting of the stator in only 7 days.
It is reported that the generator stator of Unit 1 is designed and manufactured by Harbin Power Generation Co., Ltd., model QFSN-600-2YHG, 10.35 meters long, 4 meters wide, 4.277 meters high, and net weight 310 tons. This hoisting uses the LR1800 800-ton crawler crane, the main arm 39 meters and the jib 35-meter SDWB working condition, and the four wire ropes are separately hoisted in place.
