The project is located in the northern mountainous area of Wuyuan County, Shanxi Province, with an altitude of 2,100 meters, an annual average wind speed of 7.06 m / s, and a planned capacity of 750,000 kW. The construction scale of this project is 250,000 kilowatts. It is planned to install 166 wind turbines with a single unit capacity of 1500KW, and the total investment of feasibility study is 208.214 million yuan.
It is understood that after the completion of the first phase of the 250,000-kilowatt project, it will provide 480 million kWh of green electricity per year to the grid. Compared with thermal power with the same power generation, the first phase of the wind power project can save 172,000 tons of standard coal per year, which can reduce dust emissions to the atmosphere by about 131,000 tons, carbon dioxide by about 480,000 tons, sulfur dioxide by about 15,000 tons, and nitrogen oxides. About 0.71 million tons, with obvious economic, social and environmental effects.
