The bearing heater is composed of dry self-cooling power frequency induction heating device and control equipment for short.
Working principle of heater:
1. Short-circuit heating: the main engine is a transformer of special structure. The movable yoke iron is used to directly wear the sleeve bearing or other heated workpiece. When working, the main engine is connected to the power supply, the workpiece (equivalent to the secondary winding) in the induction of short circuit current and is heated.

2. Place the yoke iron on the end face of the main engine core.
3, check whether the connection between the plug and the socket is consistent, the grounding should be good, and then insert the plug into the power socket with the control switch.
4, switch the function selector switch to the hand control position, close the power supply, then the red indicator light.
5. Press the start button, the main engine is powered on, then the green indicator lights up and the red light turns off; Press the stop button, the red light goes on and the green light goes off. At this point, the debugging is over and can be put into use.
Operating procedure:
1. Select the corresponding yoke iron according to the inner diameter of the bearing, and place the yoke iron of the bearing on the series sleeve on the end face of the main engine core, which should be consistent and straight.
2. In the heating process, use a point temperature meter to measure the temperature rise at the end plane of the inner ring of the bearing. When the temperature rise meets the requirements, check the time, stop heating, remove the yoke iron, remove the bearing and assemble.
3. Continuously heat the bearing of the same specification, dial the function selector switch to the time control position and set the heating time. When the bearing is heated to the set time, the power supply will be automatically turned off.
4. After the work is completed, switch the function selector to the stop position and cut off the position.
