1. The impeller is the core part of the water pump (water pump), with high speed and high output, and the blades on the impeller play a main role. 3. The function of the pump shaft is to connect the coupling and the motor to transfer the rotation distance of the motor to the impeller (refers to the wheel disc equipped with the moving blade), so it is the main component of water energy transmission.

4. Bearing is a member set on the pump shaft to support the (sustain) pump shaft. There are rolling bearings and sliding bearings. Rolling bearing use butter as a lubricant refueling to be appropriate is generally 2 / 3~3 / 4 of the volume (volume) too much will heat, too little noise and heat! The lide bearings use transparent oil as lubricant, refueling to the oil level line. Too much oil along the pump shaft and drift, too little bearings and overheating burned out accident (shi gu)! In the process of water pump operation, the highest temperature of the bearing is 85 degrees generally running at about 60 degrees, if it is high to find the reason (whether there are impurities, whether the oil is black, whether the water) and timely treatment!

5. Seal ring is also known as leakage reduction ring. The gap between the impeller inlet and the pump shell is too open, causing the water in the high pressure area of the pump to flow to the low pressure area through this gap, affecting the water output of the pump and reducing the efficiency! Too small clearance will cause friction between impeller and pump shell and wear. In order to increase the return resistance to reduce the internal leakage, and delay the use cycle of the impeller and the pump shell, a sealing ring is installed at the inner edge of the pump shell and the impeller foreign aid combination, and the sealing gap should be kept between 0.25~1.10mm.

6. The packing letter is mainly composed of packing, water sealing ring, packing cylinder, packing pressure cover, and water sealing pipe. The main function of the packing function is to close the gap between the pump shell and the pump shaft, not to let the water flow inside the pump does not flow to the outside and not to let the outside air into the pump. Always keep the water at the pump! When the pump shaft and the filler friction to produce heat, the water seal pipe to hold the water to the water seal circle to cool the filler (cooling)! Keep the water pump in normal operation. So in the operation of the pump circuit inspection during the inspection of the packing letter is a special attention!
