Straight line inspection of stepper motor in the wire cutting machine
The machine tool is out of step or jitter does not go to check the method:
If the drive board is faulty, the 3DD15A or 3DK106B on the board is broken.
Observe the stepper motor indicator on the single board machine. There are three lights in one direction. It flashes alternately during operation. If one of the lights is always on or dark, it indicates that there is a problem with the single board. Check the interface board 3DK2B or 74LS08 or the single board PIO. Is it damaged?
There is a row of resistors at the bottom of the controller, which is the current limiting resistor of the stepping motor. If one of the resistors is broken or the contact of the terminal is not good, it will cause out of step or not.
Stepper motors can also have problems, which can be judged.
