Smart lock principle of shared bike

From Mobike 1st generation's SMS unlock and OFO 1st generation's manual mechanical unlock, to Bluetooth unlock, electronic fence, reservation and other new functional applications, the key and basic functions of smart locks have been gradually determined, and the differences between different smart locks are not much. At present, intelligent lock is basically composed of control, communication, perception, execution, power supply and other categories of modules.

 

The main module functions are as follows:

Control chip (single chip microcomputer) : the control center of the intelligent lock system, responsible for the overall communication, lock control and status information collection.

 

Mobile communication chip (Modem) : The Sim card of the telecom operator, which is responsible for the communication with the background of the cloud application.

Bluetooth communication module: mainly used to connect the user's mobile phone and realize unlocking, and also related to the application of electronic fence.

GPS communication module: physical positioning function

Lock sensor: senses the open and close state of the lock, and reports the lock state information to the control chip.

Actuator of car lock: The control chip opens and closes the car lock through the actuator.

Buzzer: Used to sound abnormal alarms

Power module: battery, charging module (chip), charging device (solar panel; Motor and speed sensor, etc.)

Bike-sharing application, in fact, is completed through the information transmission between the bike, the cloud and the user's phone, among which the most critical is the process of unlocking the smart lock. At present, the latest "GPS + Bluetooth" unlock and return the car mode has been relatively common.
