Shaped sander control process
The touch screen can quickly set the operating parameters of the whole machine and transmit it to the PLC through the RS485 protocol. The PLC sends corresponding commands to the inverter through the MODBUS standard protocol, thereby controlling the stable and efficient operation of each station motor. At the same time, the running information of the inverter is also fed back to the PLC through the MODBUS protocol. The PLC then transmits the information to the touch screen, which can more intuitively understand the status of the whole machine and the alarm information. The part of the pressure beam mechanism is controlled by the PLC through the contactor to control the lifting motor to lift and lower, and the encoder feedback signal is received to determine the position of the lifting mechanism, thereby accurately controlling the height of the pressure beam.
