Principle and classification of the hair dryer

The hair dryer directly drives the rotor to rotate the blade. When the blade rotates, the air is inhaled from the air inlet, and the resulting centrifugal airflow is blown out from the front mouth of the duct. During the air passage period, if the fever wire on the fever bracket in the nozzle has been electrified and heated, the hot air is blown; if the selective switch does not power the fever wire and fever, the cold air is blown. Hair dryer is secondary to achieve the purpose of drying and shaping.

The selection switch on the handle of the hair dryer is generally divided into three gears, namely, closed gear, cold air gear, hot air gear, and attached with white, blue and red color signs. Some hair dryer handle is also equipped with a motor speed control switch, for the choice of the air volume and hot air temperature when use. Behind or on the side of the shell of all kinds of hair dryer, they are equipped with a rotating circular air regulating hood. Turn the hood to adjust the section size of the air inlet, and you can adjust the wind speed conveyed and the temperature of the hot air.

According to the use of ways to divide, there are handheld type and support hair dryer. Support type hair dryer can be placed on the table or hanging on the wall, can give their own wind.

According to the air supply mode, there are centrifugal hair dryer and axial flow hair dryer. Centrifugal idea of electricity drives the blade rotation, so that the air into the hair dryer to obtain inertial centrifugal force, and constantly exhaust outward air. Its disadvantage is that the discharged wind does not all flow through the electric idea, the electric idea heating up is higher; the advantage is low noise.

Axial flow electric idea drives the blade to rotate, pushing the air into the hair dryer as axial activity, and constantly exhaust outward. Its ground advantage is that all the discharged wind flows through the electric idea, the electric idea cooling premise is good, the insulation is not easily aging; its disadvantage is the high noise.

According to the material used in the shell, there are metal hair dryer and plastic hair dryer. Metal hair dryers are strong and durable, and can withstand higher temperatures. Plastic hair dryer weight is light, insulation function is good, but easy aging, and high temperature resistance function is poor.
