Working process: The door opening sensor provides the trigger signal to the control system, and the control system issues the command to the frequency converter according to the current position of the fast rolling door, and starts the driving motor to make the door curtain rise rapidly. After the door curtain is passed by vehicles and pedestrians, it automatically drops and closes the channel until the next door opening signal is opened again. As the name implies, the speed of the fast rolling door is very fast, and it can not be directly started and stopped like the steel rolling gate. Generally, the frequency converter is needed to control the speed of the motor. The faster the ascent, the better. The faster the position (around 2Ocm), there needs to be a deceleration buffer stop process to prevent impact on the track, prevent clamping, and reduce noise, which is also a standard to measure the performance of the fast rolling door.
