If you want to drain all the oil in the DC motor housing, you can unscrew the oil drain plug in the lower part of the cabinet and drain the oil.
When the DC motor is drained, the height of the liquid level should not exceed 30 mm from the top of the tank to ensure lubrication and cooling of the bearings in the machine. When the working volume of the jack is too large, a fuel tank should be set up to ensure that the minimum height of the liquid surface after the oil is discharged is not less than 100 mm to avoid suction.
After the first-time operation of the variable speed hydraulic DC motor for 500h, the oil should be changed and the oil tank and oil filter should be cleaned. The oil quality is tested by visual inspection and laboratory tests. When the oil quality deteriorates, the oil should be changed in time. The oil tank and oil filter must be cleaned at the same time when changing oil. If there is metal shavings or water in the oil, look for the cause and discharge the fault.
In the short time when the liquid level is lowered, the bearing is lubricated by the oil splashing of the oil and the plunger spring. The oil tank oil filter and the under-oil filter are made of 230 mesh/inch copper wire mesh, and the oil filter net should be cleaned frequently. Anti-clogging, the oil temperature of the tank should not exceed 60 °C when used, and take appropriate measures to cool if necessary.
