Under high load and high speed conditions, HBS57 still performs well, with no out-of-step or positioning errors. Compared with common stepper motor and driver, HBS57 can keep high torque output for a long time. Under 100% load, stepper motor can keep running without losing step. Different from the traditional open-loop stepper driver, HBS57 relies on its innovative current phase control technology to achieve high-speed conditions, high-torque operation. Because of its real-time monitoring of the current positioning characteristics, the stepper motor can achieve 100% load, but still can maintain high torque output. It is better to use with synchronous belt Guide Rail.
The characteristics of the closed-loop motor are summarized as follows:

2: Smoothness (SVC Algorithm based on feedback encoder and vector smoothing filter have good resistance to the low frequency resonance which puzzles the traditional stepper motor).
