Why can't the Customized nema 14 stepper motor start at high speed?

Stepper motor has a technical parameter: no-load starting frequency, that is, the pulse frequency that stepper motor can start normally under no-load condition. The startup frequency should be lower with load. If the motor is to be turned at a high speed, the pulse frequency should be accelerated, I. E. The starting frequency is lower, then at a certain acceleration to the desired high frequency (motor speed from low to high) . In addition to the above reasons, the howling sound may also be caused by excessive load, the output torque of the motor will drop when the motor is running at high speed, and the motor will be stuck when it can not meet the load requirements And the whistle will change with the frequency of high and low changes, the solution is to reduce the speed or replace the greater torque motor. In addition, the motor stops at high speed, which is caused by chopping the phase current, just set the automatic half-current on the step driver panel to be effective.
