1. Classification by structure and working principle
Micromotors can be divided into asynchronous micromotors and synchronous micromotors according to their structure and working principle. Synchronous micromotors can also be divided into permanent magnet synchronous micromotors, reluctance synchronous micromotors and hysteresis micromotors. Asynchronous micromotors can be divided into induction micromotors and AC commutator micromotors.
2. Classification by operating speed
Micromotors can be divided into high-speed micromotors, low-speed micromotors, constant-speed micromotors, and speed-regulated micromotors according to the operating speed. Low-speed micromotors are further divided into gear reduction micromotors, electromagnetic reduction micromotors, torque micromotors, and claw-pole synchronous micromotors.
3. Classification by use
Micromotors can be divided into driving micromotors and control micromotors according to their application. Micromotors for driving are further divided into micromotors for power tools, micromotors for household appliances, and micromotors for other general-purpose small mechanical equipment. Micromotors for control are further divided into stepper micromotors and servo micromotors.
4. Classification according to the structure of the rotor
Micromotors can be divided into cage induction micromotors and wound rotor induction micromotors according to the structure of the rotor.
5. Classification by working power
According to the different working power of the micro motor, it can be divided into DC micro motor and AC micro motor. Among them, AC micromotors are also divided into single-phase micromotors and three-phase micromotors.
