Drive Principle and Classification of Customized high voltage dc motor

Drive Principle and Classification of Customized high voltage dc motor

The DC motor has the advantages of very linear mechanical characteristics, wide speed regulation, large turning distance and simple control circuit. After long-term development, it also has the advantages of simple structure, reliable operation, and convenient maintenance.

The DC motor includes a stator, a rotor core, a motor shaft, a DC motor winding converter, a DC motor winding, a speed measuring motor winding, and a speed measuring motor commutator. The rotor core is fixed by a Silicon steel punch sheet. On the motor shaft.

The driving principle of the DC motor:

The motor is mainly positioned by pulses. Basically, it can be understood that when a DC motor receives a pulse, it rotates a pulse corresponding angle to achieve displacement. Because the DC motor itself has the function of emitting pulses, the DC motor rotates each time. An angle, It sends out a corresponding number of pulses, so that it echoes the pulse received by the DC motor, or closed-loop, so that the system knows how many pulses are sent to the DC motor and how many pulses are received at the same time, so that It can control the rotation of the motor very much and realize the positioning.

DC motors are divided into brush and brushless motors.

Brush-DC motor-low cost, simple structure, large start-up torque, wide speed range, easy to control, need to maintain, but convenient maintenance(carbon brush), will produce electromagnetic interference, there are requirements for the environment. It can therefore be used in cost-sensitive common industrial and civilian settings.

Brushless DC Motor-The motor is small in size, light in weight, large in output, fast in response, high in speed, small in inertia, smooth in rotation, and stable in torque. It is easy to realize intellectualization, and its electronic direction change method is flexible, and it can change the phase of square wave or sinusoidal wave. The non-maintenance of the motor does not exist in the case of carbon brush loss, high efficiency, low operating temperature noise, small electromagnetic radiation, long life, can be used in various environments.

DC motors can be divided into:

1. Small inertia DC motor-automatic drilling machine for printed circuit boards;

2. The medium inertia DC motor(wide-speed DC motor) -- the feed system of the CNC machine tool;

3. Large inertia DC motor-spindle motor of CNC machine tool;

4. Special form of low inertia DC motor.
