Disassembly method:

1. Remove all external cables from the DC motor.

2. Remove the end cap screws and bearing caps on the commutator end and remove the bearing cover.

3. Open the ventilation window of the end cover, remove the brush from the brush holder, and then remove the connecting line on the brush rod.

4. Remove the end cover of the commutator end and take out the brush holder.

5. Remove the end cap screws of the shaft extension and pull out or hang out the armature of the end cap from the stator.

6. Remove the bearing cap screws at the end of the shaft and remove the bearing cover and end cap bearings.
