Disassembly and assembly of cheap small dc motor
When it is used as a motor, the DC motor is a DC motor that converts electrical energy into mechanical energy. When the generator is running, it is a DC generator that converts mechanical energy into electrical energy. Shenzhen Longhui Motor introduces five questions about the disassembly and assembly of DC motors:
1. Use spring to measure the working pressure of each carbon brush. The working pressure should be 15-25Kpa. Loosen the spring, remove all the carbon brushes from the brush holder, remove the connection line between the brush holder and the armature power supply and mark them;
2. Mark the brush holder before taking it out, then remove the brush holder and take care to prevent the brush holder from scratching the surface of the phase changer when it is taken out; the brush holder that is taken out is placed in a safe place to prevent damage;
3. Wrap the entire commutator surface with green paper of suitable width and tie it with a white gauze tape to prevent the surface from being scratched by subsequent work;
4. Register the motor drive/non-drive end parts in a complete and error-free order in the order of disassembly;
5. Carefully pull the motor armature out of the stator and place it on the special bracket; be careful not to scratch the armature winding, commutator and pole winding during the extraction of the armature.
