Correct installation method of motor bearings
For a long time, motor repair personnel have only focused on the process of the electrical part (mainly the winding), ignoring the installation process of the mechanical part (mainly the rolling bearing).
In the past few years, the number of inferior rolling bearings on the market has increased, resulting in a significant loss of mechanical parts. The fault repair of the mechanical part is mainly to replace the rolling bearing. In the traditional motor textbook, it is introduced that the iron rod is hit by an iron hammer to impact the inner sleeve of the rolling bearing to be installed. In actual operation, this kind of process is laborious and laborious, and it is easy to injure the repairing personnel, and the rolling bearing is often damaged and damaged. Since the impact force of the inner sleeve of the bearing is not uniform, the inner sleeve is often crushed or deformed, so that the balls and rollers between the inner and outer jackets are accelerated to wear, the bearing will be damaged prematurely, causing the motor broom, and often The fully sealed, semi-sealed grease retaining ring is washed away or deformed (currently the motor is based on the installation of fully sealed rolling bearings). When the bearing is working, the grease is subjected to pressure and temperature, and will overflow to the winding, especially under the conditions of high speed, heavy load and high temperature. These hidden dangers will eventually burn the motor due to the broom or the windings. Affecting production and life will cause economic losses. Therefore, the installation of the rolling bearing can not be ignored, and the installation process of the rolling bearing must be improved.
The rolling bearings used in motors are fully sealed, semi-sealed and unsealed, using fully sealed bearings. On the power tool motor, commonly used: 608, 629, 200, 201, 202, 203 and other models; in the home micro-motor, commonly used: 608, 629, 200, 201, 202, 203, 204, 205 and other models; in the car On the motor, commonly used: 201, 202, 203, 204, 303, 304 and other models; in single and three-phase small and medium-sized motors, commonly used: 203, 204, 205, 208, 303, 304, 305, 306, 308, 309 And other models. The shape of the "bearing punch" (special tool) processed by the author is shown in Figure 1. The processing dimensions are shown in Table 1. When installing the bearing, a thin layer of grease may be applied to the inner sleeve, and the non-open end of the bearing punch is hit by a hammer, and the contact surface of the end surface of the bearing punch and the end surface of the bearing inner sleeve is large, and the force is applied. Uniform, so that the installation saves labor and effort, and is safe for the operator, and will not damage or damage the bearing. After several years of practical use, it can improve the work efficiency several times and ensure the service life of bearings and motors.
